fix(web): drop marketplace PWA tags from console layout

Browse Source 
Console cloud.dify.ai was advertising missing manifest/icons and
swallowing ResizeObserver errors on every route. Keep favicon in
generateMetadata; PWA chrome belongs to marketplace.dify.ai.
