c244b9d685 Merge origin/main into feat/creator-profile-home 
Keep marketplace card-wrapper dialog and partner-only carousel autoplay.
Take main's skills permissions, skill card actions, and agent orchestrate
layout. Union oxlint suppressions from both sides.

cade438670 fix(web): unblock marketplace homepage CI 
Stop exporting unused marketplace helpers and remove the leftover
Trigger plugin icon. Assert the card icon through its img src instead
of a background-image style the marketplace variant no longer uses.
