fix: align CommentPreview styles with design specs 

- Update border radius to 24px with 3px bottom-left corner
- Change border width to 0.5px
- Add backdrop blur effect with bg-blur variant
- Replace custom shadow with standard shadow-lg
- Maintain proper Tailwind utility class usage
