NFish 482f70a1df fix: hide Dify branding in webapp signin page when branding is enabled 
- Use conditional page title based on branding.enabled flag
- Always show welcome message regardless of branding status
- Replace login.pageTitle with login.pageTitleForE when branding is enabled
