refactor(wiki): drop ineffective @Transactional on self-invoked scan-update methods
updateTextContentFromScan / updateBinaryFileFromScan are only reached via self-invocation from the ingest* methods, so the proxy-based @Transactional never applied. Each runs a single atomic updateById; remove the misleading annotation and document why.
