- Add an Extract entities action to completed documents in the knowledge base document list when entity extraction is enabled.

Require explicitly configured secure JWT secrets for server deployments and persist a random per-installation desktop secret across restarts. Preserve explicit environment overrides for strict server validation. Fixes#665.

Resolve web image attachments by authenticated conversation origin and stored name through ChatUploadLocationResolver. Apply the same resolution to native and recent-image inputs and validate submitted uploads. Refs #641.
